Discover the Freedom
When you pull out of your driveway with a Frontier RV you can feel confident
that our vacation will be relaxing and stress-free. That is because our quality
assurance is second to none. We build all components on our own premises and
guarantee that every detail meets the most rigid standards.
Like every well-built home, Frontiers are built on a solid foundation, known as the
chassis. It is constructed of boxed tubular steel framing. It is light-weight and
incrediby strong. At Frontier, we don't cut corners. Literally. That's why the
floors never warp or creak. Instead of butt-ending the 5/8" plywood floor
boards, a tongue and groove design eliminates annoying problems. The strength of an RV's
underbelly is critical to its overall life span. That is why Frontier uses
hi-tech Darco material to protect the floor and foundation of its units.
To top it all off, the roof is covered with seamless rubber and tapered to control
water run-off and keep you dry. Like everything else in a Frontier, it is quality you
can depend on.
You won't find a more reliable slide-out system on any other
manufacturer's Fifth Wheel. Frontier's powered rack and pinion gear system glides smoothly in and out, even
in cold weather. The goose neck, or front end of a fifth wheel is a crucial part of its structural integrity.
Most manufacturers simply use a welded gusset to attach the neck to the frame. But the Frontier
goose neck is actually designed as an integral part of the main frame. It is
unbelievably strong. Like everything else on a Frontier, it is quality you can depend on.
