Welcome to Hatha yoga! In the following page you will find several different yoga programs. Click on the asana/pose and you will be taken to a complete description with photos. Wear something that is comfortable and that you can move and breathe in. Fold a blanket up to use as a mat, or simply use a throw rug. If you require a pillow, just grab one from the bedroom or the living room. Please remember that these programs are for designed for beginners and after a time you may feel like exploring yoga more in order to develop a program of your own. Enjoy and have fun!
