Mini-pizzas
Time for preparation: 25-30 minutes
Ingredients for eight pizzas:
One French bread (baguette) medium sized, or four slices of sandwich loaf;
Enough pizza tomato sauce to cover the bread;
Mozzarella cheese, provolone cheese, parmigiano cheese;
A medium sized tomato;
A small sized onion, or half of a medium sized onion;
Seven olives;
Four slices of ham;
A medium piece of red pepper;
Oregano.If you use the baguette, chop it in eight slices. If using the sandwich loaf, split each one of the slices in two.
Dice the tomato, the onion and the pepper. Chop the ham and the olives. Blend the tomato, onion, pepper, ham and olives together with the sauce. Cover the bread slices with this mixture.
Grate or slice the cheese, and cover the pizzas with it. Put as much oregano as you like.
Put the pizzas on a container greased with a bit of oil. Leave the container on the oven for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese start to melt.
