Want some?Tuscan salad

Time for preparation: 20 minutes
 

Ingredients:
One Italian bread or one French bread (baguette); the bread must weight about 50g
One tomato, medium size
A medium piece of red pepper
100g of mozzarella cheese
10 little basel leaves
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoons of vinegar

Cut the bread in little cubes of about 2,5cm. Put the bread on a container and leave it on the oven (180ºC) until it starts to get brown. Dice the tomato, the pepper and the cheese, then put them on a bowl, together with the basel.

On another bowl, blend the olive oil and the vinegar, until it gets uniform. Mix it with the rest of the salad. Before you serve, add the bread to the salad. Decorate the dish with some basel leaves.
