Oh la la!Chocolate Mousse

Prep time: 10 minutes, cook time: 10 minutes
 

Ingredients:
200 gr of dessert chocolate bar (plain chocolate)
6 eggs
A pinch of salt

Cut chocolate into small pieces.

Heat in a bain marie (double boiler) the chocolate with 4 soupspoons of water.

When the mixture is melted, mix it nicely.

Separate the yolks of the eggs from the whites.

Add a pinch of salt in the whites.

Add the yolks to the chocolate.

Add to the chocolate and yolks the stiff egg whites carefully.

Note: Put the mousse in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
Note #2: You might prefer using plain chocolate instead of milk chocolate.
