is an internet based application which will serve more than 500 outlets/stores in Canada. eDove was conceived by Mr. Pradeep Anand, President, Versatile Microsystems and developed and designed by me, using Visual Basic 6.0 with backend as SQL Server 7.0 and MS-Access. Versatile has developed this software to improve its customer services. The company receives calls from customers regarding repair or service of some parts which is then passed across to various service centers across the country through telephone, faxes etc and the service process starts. eDove is meant to optimize this aspect of customer service by recording the time allotted for a call and later performing analyses according to the ratio between time taken and time allotted on a specific call. The progress of the service call is closely monitored and top managers of Versatile is immediately informed if a service call is behind schedule through software alerts. The software sends the call information via the internet, which is capable of carrying more detail than intimation through telecom, as well as updating the call status regularly so that any service center or any manager at Versatile can view the call status any time. The frequency of those parts which go in more frequently for repairs is also recorded and analyses performed on it on the most troublesome five parts of a certain period. All outputs from analyses in the software is based on graphs. An active call monitor, which is on throughout the time of the running of the software, shows the status, progress and other relevant details of current, active calls being serviced which when serviced are transferred to completed call status and the active calls monitor is updated accordingly.A fabulous desktop, superlative design and an impeccable logic are the highlights of the software.

A game of checkers where each coin is moved over the other very similar to the game of chinese checkers but is a game for solo player. After jumping over a coin, the coin jumped over is removed until one coin is left on board and this player is titled "BRAINVITA-LLIANT".
A game can be saved and all the moves retrieved and played at a later date through a super-friendly, file dialog box. Games can be deleted, saved, opened using this dialog box. A retrieved game is then displayed alongside the board in the playing area, in two separate forms so that the player can look at the moves made and practise them alongside by playing them anew.

A game of dice for a minimum of two players and a maximum of four players based on the famous royal game, Dayakattai, played between the ancient Kauravas and the Pandavas due to which the epic, Mahabaratha, came into being.
The game has a superlative graphic desktop, a clean logic that facilitates the players to quickly grasp the rules and the steps leading to the game. The dice can be rolled and thrown with just the press of one key. The dice is designed for clarity with a 3-D look and a clean background. The number of moves made and the equivalent dice value is equated and if either of them don't correspond with each other, an error message is flashed to the player indicating the error and the control of the game maintains a status quo till the player has made the right number of moves. The player is notified of his move through a green light that flashes on the screen and turns red after the player has made his move.

A dealer invoice software with RG23D invoicing module which is not available anywhere else, in readymade form, in India. A well-protected, locking system that safeguards the data as well as the software from tamper. Rate of interest control, principal control, password control, point & click input format, an easy-to-edit data format and menu based selection of stock items are the other features of this software.
When the user enters a principal's name, as soon as the first letter of the principal's name is typed, all the existing principal's names are displayed for the user in a drop-down menu format and upon selection of a name by the user, the principal's address, sales tax no., regn. no., income tax no., income tax regn. no. are retreived from the principal table and displayed in the user input form, which greatly reduces the burden of data-entry for the user. The rate of interest, as entered in the rate of interest table, is retrieved and displayed in the form as applicable.
Stock items are again retrieved from the first letter keyed in and displayed in a drop-down menu format and apporpriate information like diameter/length of the item is retrieved from the stock table and displayed in respective text boxes of the user-input form. For instance, a stock item, "Socket head screws" with a length of 45mm and a diameter of 17 mm of item code M22 and item type wrench, will be retrieved by inputting just one letter "S". This module, "Quick product selection guide" is the most efficient module for such a system where the data to be retrieved is large and complex.
Stock quantity is updated or deducted, as the case may be, with the raising of each invoice.
Reports are the RG23D invoice to be printed onto a printed invoice of a specific format using crystal reports and later, with upgradation with ActiveX Data Reports.

A simple game of cross & nots but with a superb interaction between the human player and the computer which is the main feature and the highlight of the software. There are three levels of play in the game with the first level being the simplest and the subsequent levels tougher. A simple user-interfacewith online help at every level of input and a prompt/check whether a player enters the other's alphabet(X or O). The player is also prompted if he enters in an occupied box. The software decides one level in advance whether the current game will end in a draw or will produce a result.
