I asked the lady from hatsupply.com a lot of questions about the 6" parasisol capeline a few months back and she was not answering my questions very good and her answers were not helpful. She finally wrote back about the last e-mail I sent me a few months ago "please do not ask again" and I thought she meant for the question but maybe cause I sent her to many e-mails and some questions were repeats (but she was not answering them with little or no info) Two days ago is sent her another e-mail inquiring about a 7" capeline from her site, and I inquired mostly about the shipping and stuff and that was 2 days ago and no response yet. How rude is that, but I'm still going to get the hat. The first e-mails happened a few months back. It is funny though every time I find something (which is rare) the person who runs it lacks customer service or something goes wrong with that where they kept giving you problems, and is not willing. Im still nice enough to come back and order the unblocked hat. Has anyone had problems with hat supply? I even called the company once cause I did not get a response, and she was still rude to me as she said: "you should have the store who will be blocking the hat to order it for you as you don't know what you are talking about" before she said that I was so nervous and I even stuttered the question. If she does not respond I will have my friend get on her about the questions. I was so mad I did call her again and she told me that I have to at least have an order of 60.00 with would order 5 hats. The white is a dyed hat and would cost extra, and so it would be $65 plus $10 = $75. Once you ordered a product you cant return it. It is an ok deal I guess because they actually weave them by hand, from what the lady told me. It was at that time that i found out they have a 7" in the parasisol capeline on another page on the site. So I decided to go ahead and place an order because I had to go with my gut and purchase it because this is the only parasisol capeline I could find anywhere. The lady did get my e-mails that I have sent because she told me right off that the hats are re dyeable.I dont like the fact that she told me that she does not know if it can be re dyed and the after I ordered it she says they can I was excited to find this out but I do not know why she could of just told me that via-e-mail about the hats. I did apologized to her for all the confusion I caused and she said "it is ok, we all start were you are sometime or another" I did not know what she meant by that until after I got off the phone, and I was kind of offended but it was true in a way. See I get nervous when I talk on the phone. I stutter and I just stop talking or I say something that it is hard to understand. Well after receiving the hats, it does not look like they weave them, and it look like it was pre-made and the quality of the hat was poor (I do not know if the parasisol capeline was supposed to look like that or not). I went with the flow and I figured that it must be what be parasisol capleine looks like. If the hat material is not supposed to look like poor quality then I kind of got ripped off because I paid wholesale and I ended up paying 78.00 and thats with shipping and handling. I bought 5 hats because I had to order at least $60 worth of merchandise Im going to try to sell them to get some of my money back and that way I will not feel bad spending all that money. So the moral of the story is that the lady is rude, and she will turn around and be rude to the customers and then she will tell the customers they are being rude. For instence: on her site she states: "Orders from people who are rude are Heavier and therefore take much longer to process". I wonder why they are rude in the first place. All I can say is that she caused me a lot of confusion, she was rude to me and I had to suffer a little for that. If you want to go ahead and order something, go a head but be aware. |
