2002 HANCOCK COUNTY FAIR
Posters announcing the 2002 fair found in a business window in downtown Augusta, Illinois.
This is a new, small, arena for rodeo events. The new arena is located in the south end of the fair grounds. It is in an area that had been used for parking and crops. To the north of the new area are barns for livestock.
The old arena is being reserved for motorized events and grandstand shows. The secretary's office is the building in the fence line.
The street to the west of the grandstand goes through the food and carnival areas. The following pictures are also of the carnival.
This is a food stand behind he grandstand operated by local service organizations.
Some of the smaller events like the queen pagent are held in a pavilion between the livestock barns and the carnival.
