[title] Sailor Parasol and Starshine ala Pikachu

[comments] ^^;; I *really* meant to get this done in time for Halloween, but I wasn't able to upload it in time... ah well! Parasol went trick-or-treating as Sailor Moon, and somehow, she convinced Starshine to go as Pikachu. How that happened, *I'll* never know.
