As you try to cook your old favorites, you will find that you can cook the same things by susbstituting
low-fat ingredients in place of the higher fat content ones. And still enjoy your favorite foods.
 

Cheesecake

Substitute low-fat cream cheese for the regular variety. Or use
nonfat cottage cheese, by putting the cottage cheese through a
strainer, and pureeing it in a food processor or blender until
it has the consistency of sour cream.
Reduce the amount of eggs you use. If a recipe calls for 3
whole eggs, use 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites.
