Creamy Salad Dressing

1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
2 TBLS light mayonnaise dressing
2 to 3 TBLS skim milk
1 TBLS snipped fresh parsley or chives
Dash salt

In a small mixing bowl, mix together yogurt, mayonnaise, milk, parsley,
and salt. Makes about 1/2 cup
( eight 1-TBLS servings)

*NOTE
If desired, to vary the flavor, add any of the following to the dressing along with herbs:
1 TBLS white balsamic vinegar or balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp prepared horseradish,
or 1 tsp. snipped fresh dill.
