1/3 cup light dairy sour
cream
1 TBLS skim milk
2 tsp honey or sugar
1/4 tsp curry powder
Leaf lettuce
1 cup seedless grapes, halved
1 large orange, peeled and
sectioned
1 medium red apple, sliced
1 medium kiwifruit, peeled
and sliced
For dressing: in a small
mixing bowl stir together the sour cream, milk,
honey or sugar, and curry
powder. Line 4 salad plates with lettuce.
Arrange grapes, orange sections,
apple slices, and kiwifruit on
lettuce, drizzle with dressing.
