Beef Stroganoff

Instead of using canned cream of mushroom soup, the traditional ingredient in this
family favorite.
Instead mix an envelope of onion-mushroom soup mix with a cup of evaporated
skim and some cornstarch. Bring the sauce to a boil, add the beef and serve
over noodles with a dollop of nonfat yogurt, if desired.
