Wherever I May Roam
What's it like?
Wherever you may roam?
Are you happy, warm and safe?
Do you find comfort there, a feeling of home?
Things are strange here,
When I remember that you're gone.
When I still find myself,
Listening for your song.
Do you watch over,
All of us that are still here?
When our souls ache and we cry out,
Do you still lend your generous ear?
A heart like yours, so open and vast,
Could surely not be lost.
Your spirit echoes on the wind,
No matter the pain, nor the cost.
And though the road beside me,
May be empty and I appear alone,
You'll be forever alive inside my heart,
Wherever I may roam.

This poem was written as a result of the current storyline on H:TLJ.
It is quite possibly the only piece of post 'Redemption' work I will do,
because I prefer to stick with earlier material.
However, I hope you like it.
