Hi,

This is hopefully a brief explination of Brothers' Bond. I'm not sure when or why I became so interested in the brotherly relationship between Ron and Charlie.

It's no secret that Ron is my favorite character in all of the Potterverse. I never expect this to change.

But at some point along the way I became fascinated by Charlie. Which even I think is odd since he's so terribly underused in canon. ;)

Anyway, when I was writing The Path of Thorns, I created some background for the relationship between Ron and Charlie, simply to flesh the story out. Yeah. That was my first blunder. ;)

Within weeks I was overrun by ideas for stories that revolved around the two brothers. However, many other Weasleys and Harry himself make appearances throughout the series.

This series was written, or at least began, prior to the publication of OotP. As a result, they consider everything through GoF to be a canon background, but veer sharply AU after that point.

Of note, in this series I have Charlie being ten years older than Ron. Also, they will be listed (I hope) in order by Ron's age. Therefore new stories may actually appear higher in the listing that older ones.
