Hi,

This is hopefully a brief explination of Inner Strength, my very first AU series.

This started as a silly little fic in the middle of the night way back in July. It snowballed. :-)

The stories are based around the premise set up in the original: Obi-Wan is five years old when he and Qui-Gon meet. They recognize a bond through the Force, and slowly become involved in the other's lives. Good times and bad, they're all there. However, this is set only while Obi-Wan is five, at the moment I don't intend to age him at all.

The series generally makes the most sense in the original order, becuase each builds on those before it - especially toward the end.

Mace Windu is a major character in the series by the middle story, and three original characters are introduced. Master Elyzabe Kohn, Obi-Wan's teacher; Bri, a childhood friend of Qui-Gon's; and Fyre, well.... Fyre is a kitten :-)

So, yes this is an AU. I can't really see it jiving with the storyline set up in Jedi Apprentice. It has a sub-series now, Missing Moments, which is also on my page.
