You must Meet the Criteria in order to win the award.

1. No pornographic sites, no explicit, racial, or sexual content of any sort.
2. Must be family friendly i.e. children should be able to visit all links on your page.
3. Must be more than just a page of links.
4. Must be in English. (That's the only language I can read!)
5. I must think it is, well, cool!

7. You must e-mail me with your Name, webpage address, and why you want to win the award. deb1979@aol.com Or click the email icon to the left.
8. It will take up to 2 weeks to look at your site.
9. I will add you to the winners list when i see that you have put this award on your page and have linked it to my site.

~Website may be personal or business, as long as I can learn something from it~

~Homepage must contain more than just links~

~Site must not contain any pornography or a lot of foul language. I am open-minded to some degree such as music lyrics, but keep it toned down if you feel you have to use it~

~Site must be in English or have an English translation available. This is the only language I know~

~You must sign one of my Guestbooks (you can do this below in my GuestWorld Guestbook). This is to ensure that I receive your URL in case I do not get your submit form via e-mail. Plus it is only the nice thing to do since I am taking the time to look over your site. I have been known to award websites just from surfing through the net, so even if do not use the form, to submit a site, leave a URL in the Guestbook and I will be sure to visit your Homepage~

~For the Creative Poetry Award I will be looking for Creativity and Originality most of all~

~For the Awesome Website Award I will be looking at Design, Graphics and Layout~

~Websites are always Under Construction, so if you have UC signs still up in your site, please apply for the Encouragement Award. After all, the award is for promising and up coming awesome websites~

~The Music Award will be given to sites that are dedicated mainly to Music. An example would be lyrics, midis, bands and etc.~

~The Just For Mom Award will be given to sites that concentrate on kids and moms, the fun we have in being one and anything to do with information and help for the general public in this area~

~The Stargazer One-In-A Million Kids Award will only be awarded tho children and their personal homepages~

1. I will not even think of reviewing a site w/ Pornography
2. I will not review any site that contains Child Abuse, or Spousal Abuse in any form
3. I will not review any site that contains Racism in any form
4. I will not review any site that simply applied for my Award from an Awards site. After all, I have to come to your site to review it right ?
5. You must be at least 13 years old, as well as the Author of your Website
6. Your Website must contain at least "3" pages......and not all links and graphics.
7. If I find a site full of "profanity", I'm gone
8. Credit must be given to material that is not yours
9. The Awards you have already Won MUST be linked to the person or site that presented it to you
10. A broken link is always possible, people are always in some sort of upgrading of their sites; and didn't tell you about a change made.
11. Last but not least, as the eyes are the window to your soul; your site SHOULD reflect the person you are, in some way. I should be able to see it.
