Why is it named CH's Award Palace?

Well, let's start with the CH part. My original site was called the CHEAT HEAP, so I used the initials, ch in the name of my submission site. I like to think of the Award palace as a branch of my original site, The Cheat Heap . So that's why I named that part the way I named it. Now, the Award Palace thing is just a catchy name. Think of it as a huge place where you can get all sorts of awards for your site! A Palace if you will! So, now you know the story of the NAME!
