Angel Chicken Pasta

This is easy to make and delicious.  Great to serve to company.  

6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

¼ cup butter

½ cup milk.

1 (.7 ounce) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed golden mushroom soup

¼ pound cream cheese with chives

2 (8 ounce) packages angel hair pasta.

Preheat oven to 325º.  In a large saucepan melt butter or margarine over low heat.  Add package of dressing.  Blend in milk and undiluted can of soup.  Blend in cream cheese and stir until smooth.  Heat gently.  Arrange chicken breasts in a baking dish.  Pour sauce over. Bake for 60 minutes.  As baking time nears, in a large pot with boiling salted water, cook angel hair pasta until al dente.  Drain well.  Serve chicken over warm angel hair pasta.
