Matthew is our little actor and he has been wearing these glasses around the house for quite some time. He also loves to draw and this is his self-portrait.


Baseball/Softball season has begun and this year the games are in the afternoon! Now we have more relaxing Saturday mornings! = - )


Doug and I completed our first, maybe last, marathon on March 3rd. We walked the LA Marathon to raise money for Child SHARE. In the past we have walked the half marathon and this was the first time to complete it. We survived, but we were so late that they ran out of medals and will mail them later.


David began his journey with braces today. He had two baby teeth pulled, wanted me to take a digital picture to prove that his face wasn't swollen and then "The Appliance" was added to the top of his mouth for the next 3 months. What fun!!!


The school talent show was a few days ago and a some 5th graders put together a musical group. David played the trumpet and they did a great job!




The 5th grade band performed the other night. David enjoys playing the trumpet, but he didn't enjoy having to wear a tie!

Today we added a new member to our family - Thomas the guinea pig. The kids have been wanting a pet for SOOOO long and we decided the time was right.
