Description = Unknown and Human: I was born to a family of scientists. They took their own DNA and genetically combined it with that of an ancient dragon race. They hoped that they could create a super human. Instead they created a human with Ctarl-Ctarl like powers. I look like a normal human, except for having above average strength and being a cold-blooded being. At will I can transform myself into demon like being. I retain the basic fetchers of a human but my skin becomes silver in color and takes on a scaly appearance. Wings grow form my spine and my hands and feet become claws making me unable to use swords or guns. Although I gain an odd and old mystic power that seems to be similar to caster spells. The unknown blood that flows in my veins seems to demand that I live with a high sense of honor. Therefore, if I say I’m going to do something, I will do it. My personality has changed a lot as I’ve grown up, especially towards the Ctarl. In fact, I’m kno!

wn to be partial to female Ctarl-Ctarls. I’ve made many things in my lifetime, such as the Oracle Cannon and Dragon Cannon (also known as Links Cannon). Currently I have two main jobs. I am the owner and operator of a small repair shop called “The Dragon’s Den Repair Shop” located in the Oracion System, specifically on the Planet Oracion IV. I’m often employed by the Links group to fix their main guns on their starships. My second job is being a top-notch bounty hunter. In fact, I’m known to be the best bounty hunter in the Oracion System.

Ability 1 = Magnified strength vs. Ctarl-Ctarl – At one point in my life I hunted down and killed Ctarl-Ctarl because I believe they killed my family. However I learned that they were just thugs that killed my parents, and they didn’t represent the Ctarl-Ctarl as a whole. Still, if I ever get into a fight with one, I don’t hold anything back. I was known for taking on three to four Ctarl-Ctarl at a time. There’s a reason why my nickname used to be “The Ctarl Assassin”.

Ability 2 = Technician – I am very skilled with all types of machines and can fix just about anything. In fact, I built everything I use. I can make and fix everything from a simple sword or gun to a starship. However my specialties are building defensive systems, building new types of secondary starship weapons and fixing grappler ships. I’m also equally skilled in sabotaging things as well as hacking.

Abilitty 3 = Extremely Charismatic – I often have to talk myself in a lot of trouble because a gun wouldn’t get me out of it. Because of that, I have developed a high persuasive level. I can normally get a lot of thing for vary cheep rates which really helps me in my day job.

Weapon = Unarmed Fighting Stance – Kempo ===== Jissen-kenbu – a fluid like stance which can’t be sensed. I seem to disappear and reappear around the opponent. === Kaiten-kenbu – a tornado attack with a Kodachi. This move is ment to kill a opponent out right. \\\\\\\ Modified Quick Draw Plasma Blaster x 2 – This is my main range weapon. I modeled it after a standard blaster, but I made it out of lighter yet still sturdy parts. I also made a sleeker casing for quicker draw and easier fire and reload. I made a special modification to the barrel by adding a special small clear crystal in it. Because of the mineral the crystal is made of and the cut of it. It makes the blast extremely powerful, yet still condense. It is capable of knocking out any light shield with in 3 to 5 dead on shots, depending on the make of the shield. Also, by adjusting the crystal, I can widen the beam of the blaster, but I sacrifice power. \\\\\\\ Dragon Caster – A caster gun created by me! for a very special purpose. It is in the shape of a retractable crossbow. When fired, the caster bullet flies in a strait line and then releases it’s spell in mid air. The reason for this special gun is for my Dragon Caster Shells that I try to create. A normal caster gun cannot fire them. \\\\\\\ Modified Silent Flight Rocket Pack – A modified rocket back that I made. I can sore or float in mid-air in complete silence. Although I have been caught by an on alert Ctarl one time. Also for protection reasons, I’ve installed two retractable shoulder mount blasters and six vertical launching missiles that will seek my target. \\\\\\\ Modified Scanner – This small device covers my left ear and a small silver see through computer screen covers my left eye. With this I can analyze robotic beings so I can tell where there week point is if any. It can also detect high sources of power and where they’re coming from, but it doesn’t tell me what is making it or what kind of power! it is. The scanner also allows me to communicate with my ship and other ships. \\\\\ Modified Plasma Sword x 2 – Taken from the idea of the Plasma Blaster. I thought it would be a good idea to make a sword in the same manner. The only weight from this sword is from the tube handle. The light blade can jet out between 1.5 feet to 6 feet, depending on my preference. Since this is the only sword on my person, I use it as a Dagger, Kodachi and Sword. Since the blade is made of energy, it can cut through most things with relative ease. I can also use it to reflect energy blasts. A caster shell however, can short out my sword. \\\\\\\ Sword Techniques – Do-ryu- sen – A energy wave attack. ====== Ryu-tsui-sen – diving sword attack \\\\\\\ Deflector shield – This is one of my grandest creations. Instead of absorbing a blast like a light shield, my shield generates a small circle of protection around me and deflects the blast. Since the energy is pushed out of the way, it!

saves energy. It also works on missiles. However, I can only generate the shield for a short period of time. If I go overboard with it, I’ll give myself one nice little shock. \\\\\\\\ Oracle Grenades, Smoke Grenades and Flash Bangs- Oracle bombs act like my Coracle Cannon but it disables robotics for a short time. The down side to this is it just leaves me with my plasma swords and dragon caster as weapons. I also carry standard flash bangs and smoke grenades. \\\\\\\ The Ragnarok – It’s my pride and joy starship. It is designed to look like a black dragon in space. At my command, my ship seems to break away in to major sections. This allows my ship to twist and maneuver as a real dragon could. A down side to this form is my lack of shields and hull vulnerability. One of my main attacks use my almost limitless amount of seeking cluster missiles to bombard my enemies. The wings on the ship can wrap around the main body of the ship, adding to my main hull strength! . Also, when they are fully extended I can launch small AI controlled laser ships, grappler arm cameras and probs. The AI laser ships go equipped with one blast of guided cluster missiles. Since they are so small and agile, they can fly up to a ship and fire their lasers through their shields. The ship has standard issue guns and modified guns located in all areas of the ship, giving it a full 360-degree firing arch. The ship’s main weapons are located in the dragon’s mouth. The main gun has two functions. The first is if the gun spins to the right, it then will fire the Dragon Cannon. If it spins to the left, it will fire the Oracle Cannon. The Ragnarok’s claws can act as grappler arms. The arms can be equipped with blasters, rocket launchers, buzz saw, heat torch or heat whip. It is also equipped the a larger version of the Deflector Shield. \\\\\\\ Oracle Cannon – One of two types of ship cannons that I have created. It is a weapon that disturbs the ether, rob! bing a ship of its power and control. It creates a violent wave in space and all ships in range are affected, both friend and foe. Care must be used when I use the cannon because it not only affects normal flight, but can also make control under ether drive impossible \\\\\\\ Dragon Cannon – The second type of cannon is the Dragon cannon. It sends a very strong unstoppable blast out at enemy ships. Even at 30 percent power it can easily rip apart any grappler ship. The down side is the force of the recoil can only be sustained in ship form, not dragon form and still it can cause hull damage if used at above 35 percent power. Both the Oracle and Dragon Cannons cannot be fired at close range.
