Misty from Pokemon. I tried for a different look this time. I think I pulled off the lighting (sunsets are notoriously difficult to light) except in a few places. The desired color effect didn't allow me to darken the shadows too much. Didn't try to make the colors smooth, and I think the effect is ok. I made a few small errors, but I'm fond of this peice (^_^)
