The teachers are back to school. Of course we are doing all the in service training of technology and all the other junk they think we all need to get started off to a new school year. I sat through my share of the presentations. I am glad to be a secretary and have the great priviledge of leaving and covering my office instead. :)

Next Wednesday the kids go back to school. Jaclyn will be in 8th grade. She is excited to get back to see all her friends. Living in the rural communities it is hard to visit with her friends from school often. She learned how to use the phone and 3-way calling alot this summer. Her boyfriend goes to another small town school so they wont be in school together, mom is greatful for that.  Patrick is going to 5th grade. He will have two teachers who team teach this year. That will be very new for him. He does not want to give up his summer. He woulf much rather not go to school again. lol. They dont have PS2 there and they wont let you play soldiers at school. No fun at all.

Girl scouts, cub scouts and sunday school wont start up until after Labor day. It gives us alittle time to get acustomed to a routine with school before all the activities begin. High school Football starts up right after school starts. They barely give us a week. Since I have to sell the tickets in the office, I usually attend most of the home games at least. They are fun.

Well we gave away our two white kittens. Now we have two black ones left. I am hoping one of them will get a new home. We will keep one, both if we cant find someone to take him/her. I really never wanted four cats. I am glad it is not six cats. :) Have a good week!!!!
