Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family. I am so glad to get a few days off work and be HOME. I love that word- HOME. We run so much from here to there and back again that when I am home, I am not able to relax. Except for days like today. I get to relax before tomorrow. Yes, I need to run to the grocery store and I am going to try to get in to get a haircut. Patrick has a friend over who spent the night last night but luckily they are still asleep as I am writing this. Yes, I need to call our internet connection and find out why Jaclyn's PC wont connect to the internet today. But these are such minor chores that I actually enjoy being able to do this. CAUSE I am home. No pressure, No obligations to the outside world. I am at my own pace and I can do this or I don't have to do this.
Tomorrow is about Family and being Thankful for all of God's Bounty given to us. I will be surrounding myself around relatives. Some I like alot and some I like alittle but I love them all. They are my family.
I want to write what I am Thankful For:
Jesus, my Lord and Savior
My Family and extended family
My loving husband and best friend.
The American Soldiers fighting for our freedom
My beautiful tree Home in the east Texas Woodslands
My Minivan
Our health
Our jobs and job skills that we are both good at.
Our commitment to our church, service organizations, and clubs
Our friends
John surviving his wreck with his life and his mental health too.
My children- they are good kids. Thank you Lord for that!
My parents even through all that we are going through.
Our Insurance Companies
My singing voice that I am enjoying my time in two choirs right now.
Days off from Work to be home- also along that note: HOLIDAYS
Our dreams to travel, getting out of debt, and decorating our home the way we want to.
