Well Hey there. Summer is going by so fast I can hardly stand it. I know I won't get the house painted this summer. But I hope to work on it in the near future.

Jaclyn is away at Camp again. She went with the First Baptist Church Youth. I think they said they had over 80 kids going. It took two charter buses. Pretty awesome! I think she will have a blast. She is due back Friday. Saturday she has softball practice. Her team will be playing in Lindale July 25-27 for State. She plays short stop and second for this team.

I am trying to get her hooked up with drivers ed. There is a driving school here locally that cost $295 for four weeks. I hope to get her in on the end of July- Aug so it is done before she goes back to school. She doesn't get that becasue she has a car that she won't have as much freedom as she thinks she is going to have. I have to get across to her that we control the keys and the gas. :) Oh fun! With all her outside activities it will be nice when John and I don't have to stop what we are doing and go take or get her from athletics, church events, and so on. However this kid may have to get a job to pay for the rising gas prices!

We are having our Morris Family Reunion on the Saturday, July 26th so we will be driving back and forth between Jaclyn's games. It is going to be at Lake Hawkin's RV park. That will be a great time for everyone! We haven't decided if we are going to camp out. I imagine some of the family will want to spend the night at our house before heading back to DFW area.

I go back to work on Aug. 4th which is also the week of High school registration. I can not believe that is right around the corner. I hope to take the kids to Irving and do school clothes shopping before I go back to work. It will have to be the first weekend of August at this rate.

We will head back to the DFW metroplex for Labor day weekend. My friends from MacArthur and their families have decided we would do our own 20th year reunion. We are so excited to get to hang out together. Amazing it has been 20 yrs. I just can not believe the time has come and gone. Our kids will have a good time playing together while the husbands will hopefully find stuff in common. We are planning activities such as a baseball game, and pool party so it won't be boring for anyone. I am so looking forward to this reunion. It is long in coming.
