I have a brand new Niece!!!!! Emma Grace arrived at 1:00 October 2nd. She is a beauty! We are so proud to be her Aunt and Uncle. I know her mom and dad and big brother Blake will take good care of this precious little blessing. Welcome to the family Emma Grace.

The week after homecoming with an open week so no football game friday night was supposed to be more relaxing. Instead, I had girl scouts and key club along with being just very very tired. I went to bed early and took naps after work. I hope we are not catching any thing. There have been alot students get sick lately!

Well, life today was good. I got up and went to town to get a haircut. Next door to the hair dresser is movie gallery and they had a sidewalk sale. I found a couple of PS2 games for Patrick for his birthday and some family movies. Then went tot he Dollar General for my cleaning supplies ( much cheaper than Walmart). I picked Jaclyn and I up Subway for lunch and headed home to clean house and do laundry. I got the bathroom, kitchen, patrick's floor, and living room done by the time John and Patrick came home about 3:30. John and I went for a motorcycle ride to Emory where we stopped and tried Eat at Don's. It was okay. We then had to take the long way home due to unexpected construction in the road. It was a nice ride. Patrick is in the living room playing PS2 games we rented from Movie gallery ( we had a free rental), John is reading Coast Guard Books that his cousin Marie sent him from Florida ( they were his grandfather's books), Jaclyn is on her computer in her room and I am on my computer in my room. It is a peaceful night. John and I were out on the back deck sipping iced tea listening to the cows mooing, crickets chirping and watching the cats play at dusk. The mosquitos started attacking so we came inside. I love the cooler weather coming in. I will be glad when the wretched bugs bug off. Oh I saw a mama deer and two fawns this morning in front of our house. They ran up the road and jumped over a fence. It was too cool. Have a great weekend!
