The Internet changed my life - and in the process I have made many new friends,
I'm privileged to have such great people visit my site and contact me.
As a web designer I studied HTML and looked at what others have constructed. As a webmaster I have admired many pages completed by others.
It's been a lot of fun learning and doing!
I know from my own experience there are no limits -- only the ones we
set for ourselves. I know this Internet stuff
can feel very intimidating - but trust me, no matter where you are now, you can make it
work here. If I was able to do it, you can too!

Sandi, the love of my life!
Raised in eastern North Carolina, educated in North Carolina, the Navy and Milwaukee, I left my home and
with only big dreams and no money in my pocket to join the Navy at age 19.
It was a lonely journey -- I had no friends or family
outside the Carolinas to turn to or help. So, in this world I went through many stages
-- from boot camp near Chicago to running a
small company in Milwaukee. But before I got what I wanted,
I paid my dues doing many jobs: pumping gas, mopping floors, cleaning, and delivering newspapers.
I also paid my dues on the internet spending over 2,000 hours
experimenting, networking, advising but above all learning and... making many mistakes. I still continue to invest a few hours each night reading and surfing new sites.
Lastly, every single day I listen
to people around me, working and trying to succeed, each with special talents, problems and a great deal of humanity. I try to share my feelings and experences so that they can see, "we are alike in many ways."
I sincerely hope that I can continue to find great ideas, examples of great friendship, love, wisdom and humanity, and share them with you, my friends.
In any case, I love sharing my thoughts and ideas with you through this
site, as well as hearing from all of you who write or sign my guestbook.
Thank you for all your kind words and especially for showing me a little of yourself, you are the best!
