For God so
loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes
in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
-John 3:16
Do
you want to spend eternity in Heaven?
Do
you want to change your life?
Are
you tired of never getting anywhere in life?
Have
you been searching for that "something", only never to find it?
Are
you alone?
Are
you lost?
Have
you given up hope?
If you
answered "Yes" to just one of these questions, don't stop reading.
There is an answer that is so simple, so easy, so rewarding.
It is the only true solution to any problems that you face.
The answer
is
GOD
~Today
is the beginning of a new life with God.
~Anything
that has happened up to now in your life is the past. It is gone.
When anyone is joined to
Christ, he is a new being, the old is gone, the new has come.
-II Corinthians 5:17
~A whole
new world will open up to you. The possibilities will be endless.
There will be no end to what you can accomplish, what you can overcome,
and what you can become.
I can do all things through
Christ who strengthens me.
-Philippians 4:13
Does this
all sound too good to be true? It's not. Not long ago I was where you are.
Living from day to day, not knowing what the next day would hold.
And then
my life changed. I went to church on Mother's Day of 2000.
I let myself open up and except what I was feeling. And that day
I gave my heart to Jesus and excepted Him as my Lord and Savior.
I knew that I couldn't do it by myself anymore. And I knew that he
wasn't expecting me to. Each day after I prayed, read the Bible and
asked Jesus for help.
I'm not afraid anymore. I have seen miracles and answered prayers.
Life will still happen, don't expect things always be perfect,
they won't. But you don't ever go through it alone. You know
that God is there.
I am the Lord your God;
I strengthen you and tell you, Do not be afraid, I will help you.
-Isaiah 41:13
God is our refuge and strength,
a very present help in trouble.
-Psalm 46:1
If you are ready, if
you want your life to change, you can do it right now, right where you
are sitting.
By an act of will and
faith speak these words:
" Jesus, I accept you
as my Lord and Savior."
Think of your sins and
repent:
"Jesus I confess my
sins to you. I know what I have done wrong, and ask for your forgiveness."
Stop depending on yourself.
Give your life over to Christ:
"Lord, I give you my
heart. I give you my life"
You have just done the
hardest part. We as humans are raised in a world where gaining control
is the ultimate form of success. But we are only in this world for
a short time. Our relationship with Christ is so much more important
than what we as humans use to measure life.
What
do I do now?
1.
On a daily basis you should ask for forgiveness from your sins (no need
to worry about the old ones, God's already forgotten those. And you'll
be making enough new ones to keep you busy), read the Bible (the only true
infallible word of God), pray.
2.
Make God a priority in your life. God, then family, then church,
then work, etc.
3.
Find a good church. Go to one that follows the Bible. A church
you feel comfortable in. Each of us needs to be ministered to.
We need to continually grow in Christ. A church needs to be supportive,
knowledgeable, and following the word of God. Let the Holy Spirit
lead you.
4.
Have faith in God. Allow him to lead you on a daily basis through
the Holy Spirit. Be obedient to his will.
5.
Tell someone what you have just done. Tell a family member, a friend,
or tell us.
