Acne vulgaris		Topical benzoyl peroxide 2.5% gel qAM → d/c benzoyl peroxide & start topical tretinoin (Retin A) 0.025% cream qhs OR Adapalene (Differin) 0.1% gel → Add topical erythromycin OR clindamycin (Cleocin-T) → Tetracycline 1 g/d in 2-4 divided doses x min 6 mos → Doxycycline 100-200 mg/d in divided doses → Minocycline 50-200 mg/day in divided doses → Spironolactone 150-200 mg/d & Isotretinoin (Accutane) 1 mg/kg/day x 20 weeks (extremely teratogenic; monitor triglycerides and LFTs)
