There are no RecentChanges for this homegrown non-collaborative wiki. WikiMode doesn't feature anything like it because what I write at home is dumped into HTML files and uploaded as a whole.
Maybe I should start generating RecentChanges automatically? I don't know wether that is the right thing to do. The problem is this: When you write a new page with a nice WikiName, you don't know what wiki pages actually refer to WikiName. You have to check yourself. Because if any page does refer to WikiName, the HTML has to be regenerated in order to produce the correct links. I guess I could hack up some EmacsLisp to do it.
But I might also introduce a ChangeLog instead. The ChangeLog would be maintained manually. Maybe I should. Maybe I will.
