This webpage will list as much information as possible on Civil War dead buried in cemeteries in Kentucky. It will attempt to include as much personal information as possible: Name, State, Unit, date of death, and location of grave. Regrettably, in many instances, only the name, state, and date of death may be known. And, in many instances, the dead are simply identified as "Unknown".

Maple Grove Cemetery
Nicholasville, Kentucky (Jessamine County)
The Civil War soldiers buried in Nicholasville are located in one area in the southeast corner of the city's Maple Grove Cemetery. There are a total of 28 graves of Confederate soldiers who died within a few days after the battle of Perryville or on several different dates in 1863 and 1864. The states represented by the soldiers buried here include Kentucky, Louisiana, and Georgia.
