http://www.gainax.co.jp/ Gainax had a banner, but it was really surreal so I'm not going to bother to use it. If you want to be respectful of the Japanese culture, you should read Gainax's many rules before you do anything that involves them.

Gainax is one of my favorite anime companies. They've brought my favorites Eva, Kare Kanno, Wings of Honemise, and more alive. Their films and series are filled with deep and complex characters with equally fulfilling stories. Anyone who has seen the spectacular or big endings that Gainax has for their movies/series would understand the effort put into their works, Eva being subjective...

I thought I had more to say. Sorry guys, well, here's a list of what they did:

• Mystery of Blue Water Nadia This is the only series that I know nothing of. Something like 2000 leagues under the sea?
• Kareshi Kanojo (Kare Kano), His or Her Situation Very hilarious, very similar to Eva in some ways too. Why did director Hideaki Anno leave?
• Shin Seki Evangelion or Neon Genesis Evangelion My absolute favorite, and it's 5 years old!
• To the Top Gunbuster? Hmmm... my friend lent me the last tape... It's, unique.

Wings of Honemise It seems like a boring movie, but there are so many different things that go on underneath the plot that make it interesting on an interprative level. And the ending almost makes up for the whole thing.
