Lt. Stone -- Leader of the Joe team; blond, blue-eyed, bit of a hard ass. Kinda looks like Duke to me. Appears in comic and cartoon incarnations of GI Joe: Extreme.
Black Dragon -- blond ninja who dresses all in black..except he can speak and isn't hideously scarred. Snake-eyes comparisons are inevitable. Shows up in the comic and the cartoon.
Mayday -- Redheaded lady pilot who can kick booty; once described as "Looks like Scarlett, acts like Lady Jaye on PMS". Comic and Cartoon. Mayday goes where no woman has gone before thanks to her true grit and convertible all-terrain sky backpack (Unproduced figure; ad copy blurb)
Tall Sally -- Tall brunette girl who has a thing for Metalhead. Doesn't seem to have a counterpart from the RAH line. Appears only in first GI Joe Extreme miniseries from Dark Horse Comics. No Filecard/Toy produced.
Short Fuse -- explosives expert; not large. Appears only in the first GI Joe Extreme miniseries; while there was an RAH character also named Short-Fuze, the two have different filenames and are most likely different characters entirely. No Filecard/Toy produced.
Freight -- big black guy, sudden death to any door that might happen to be in your way. One of the only comic characters who actually resembles the hyper-muscular 'dear god he can't be real' toys. Reminds me more of Gung Ho than Roadblock. Shows up in the comic and the cartoon and shares a voice actor with Quick Stryke.
Quick Stryke -- Former member of the SKAR forces, has since joined the Joes. Once described by Straight Edge as "Mercer: Island Style." Also appears in comic and ‘toon. No Filecard/Toy produced.
Ballistic -- Cocky, flirts with Mayday who's having none of it. Shipwreck/Falcon/Flint. Comic and cartoon for him too.
Harpoon -- Carries a water cannon; looks vaguely Islanderish, though it's hard to say if it's Hawaian or Carribean. Seems too qiet to be Shipwreck, not quiet enough to be Torpedo or Deep Six. Maybe Wet Suit? Comic and cartoon as well.
Metalhead -- Surfer dude/computer expert. Carries a guitar-shaped weapon. Rock and Roll meets Mainframe. Cartoon and comic; shares a filename and a penchant for heavy metal, with the DIC character “Metal-Head” but they are not the same character.
Sgt. Savage -- Former soldier turned popsicle turned soldier again; the same character from Sgt. Savage and his Screaming Eagles, only with no Screaming Eagles.
Mr. Clancy -- The Joes' Interalliance handler/dude what does the briefings Extremely loyal to team; been with the Joe since the beginning (well, the Dark Horse beginning: Project GI). Hawk, after joining the Jugglers. Comic and toon for him too. No Filecard/Toy produced.
GI Joe -- The only surviving member of Project: GI; a mysterious figure. Helped train Lt. Stone back when he was Sgt. Stone. No Filecard/Toy produced.
Professor Johnansen -- The scientist who helped select and train the members of Project: GI. No Filecard/Toy produced.
Iron Klaw -- The leader of the SKAR forces, Iron Klaw (at least in the comics) was once the Duchess's pupil, Iron Klaw grew angry at her attempts to stifle him and so removed her from the game. Student surpassed master, etc., etc., Star Wars reference, yadda.. Reminds me more of Destro than Cobra Commander. Operates under the disguise of Interaliance member Count Von Rani. What, precisely, his cartoon origin is, I’m not entirely sure. Shows up in comics and cartoons.
Inferno -- I'm crazy firebug man, gimme candy! In the comics, he’s responsible for killing the members of Project: GI along with blowing up several US military bases. Brought to justice by "GI Joe", freed from prison by Iron Klaw. Bears more resemblance to Metal-Head than his GI Joe namesake. Cartoon and comic appearances
Wreckage -- Big bruiser with cybernetic weaponry to help add more bounce to the ounce. Flame thrower fingers, electro-shock fists. Comic and cartoon appearances. Half man, half machine, 100% menace -- Wreckage targets his blasting bio hand at the G.I. Joe Extreme front lines! (Unproduced figure; ad copy blurb)
Rampage -- AKA Mr. Barbican. Don't get him angry, you wouldn't like him when he's angry. Aww hell, chances are you wouldn't like him when he's not angry. Skin turns green and his eyes go red when he's in a snit; recruited by Iron Klaw after he tried to break into "Count Von Rani's" hotel room (comic). Cartoon and comic appearances. Unleashing an inner fury, Rampage gains the element of surprise on the battlefront with his exploding rage helmet! (Unproduced figure; ad copy blurb)
Nelson Cartoon only, no idea which side the guy is on. No Filecard/Toy produced.
Sawsad Cartoon only, apparently a female character, but that’s all I know about her. No Filecard/Toy produced.
General Hawk -- Cartoon only; I believe this is supposed to be the same General Hawk from Sunbow/Marvel continuity, which if this is the case makes him the only character to appear in all four cartoon incarnations of GI Joe. GO HAWK! No Filecard/Toy produced (at least in the Extreme Line).
Sly Cartoon only; no idea who this guy is. No Filecard/Toy produced.
Steel Raven Another female character; cartoon only. Additional information as I get it. No Filecard/Toy produced.
