As his partner Tai (Chan Kam Hung) emmigrated to Canada after his marriage, Inspector Chung (Wong Yat Wa) has to work with his superior Kwai (Tsoi Kwok Kuen). Then suddenly, Chung's wife, Lin (Kennix Kwok) died in a traffic accident in China. Chung was distressed. Not long afterwards, Chung met Fong (Gigi Lai), a lively and helpful tourist guide. When Chung decided to woo Fong, he found that Wai (Gallen Lo) was also in pursuit of the girl. Wai was Chung's new superior and they were not in good terms.
Meanwhile, Tai returned from Canada. He was having troubles with his newly wedded wife Ming Wai (Chui Hok Yee) and Man (Ho Chiu Yee) was involved... Will these law enforcers able to put aside their problems and stop crime from happening?
