Floor Plans

The house is buit with its north side on a mound of earth. The ground floor wraps around the end of the mound, housing a mud room which links the kitchen to the garage. (Clicking the image will expand it to full screen, then use the back button to return)

From the west (left) is the circular water cistern and mud room. The kitchen is open plan trough the dining room to the great room. The great room is open to the second floor with 20' ceilings. Far right is a sitting room, bed room and en suite bathroom.

The second floor along the front has master bedroom, open plan office which looks down into the great room and then 2 bedrooms.

Along the north side, mechanical housing power, water and ventilation equipment. To the south of this the bedroom's bathroom and walk in closet. A dedicated media room is to the west of the entrance hall and 4 bedrroms and bathroom take up the east end of the floor.
