Childbirth Stories, Info, Etc.

"A woman, when she is in labor, has sorrow because her hour
has come; but as soon as she has given birth to the child, she no longer remembers the anguish, for joy that a human being has been born into the world." John 16:21

Ideally, birth should be as natural as possible. Events happen
that are beyond our control, and sometimes medical intervention becomes the best choice. Mothers need to learn as much as they can about childbirth--dealing with pain, where birth should take place,
when a c-section might be necessary, how best to help labor progress,
etc. The following ideas, birth stories, and links will help you on your way! |
"The fear of birthing is the fear of
the unknown, but if you're truly educated on birth, that fear is replaced by anticipation." --Ken Colburn
