    • "I've had the pleasure of seeing Terri's old band, the Killer Crows, on numerous occasions. They were a Hollywood institution, of sorts, a fun bunch who would never fail to blur the line between amazing and a drunken, drunken mob o' ne'r-do-wells. Half-Stones and half-Stooges with warm, flat Budweiser running thru their peirced veins. They seriously did not give a fuck 'bout nothin'. Fun sure, but frustrating too. Somewhere in the depths lurked a great band that could never seem to pull themselves outta their perennial Thursday-at-midnight slot at Raji's. They would probably still be there if the city hadn't torn that much loved place down. Anyhow, the Killer Crows disappeared somewhere along the way."

  • Here's something from an interview with Texas Terri in Zia Zine Vol. 11, Issue 24:

    • TXT: I used to have a band called Killer Crows out here (L.A.) for a long time too, with Rosie Flores' brother Roger, that did pretty well.

    ZIAZINE: What happened to that?

    TXT: Nuthin'! We needed a bite of the carrot, someone to put something out for us. Then of course everyone's like, "I was just going to put out a record for you!" You can only play so many years until things fizzle out.

    ZIAZINE: How'd you meet the characters in your band (Texas Terri And The Stiff Ones)?

    TXT: I used the rhythm section of the Killer Crows and got Loren (Molinaire) from Little Ceasar. We called our band Baby Bird, because Baby Birds never shut up and always want more. But then some guy in England showed up and ruined it for me, so it changed to the Stiff Ones.

    So far that's all I've been able to locate about the Killer Crows in the press.
