OR
ARE YOU GOING TO HEAVEN OR HELL?
Many seemingly good people are going to hell, because "...all have sinned..." Romans 3:23
"For there is not a just man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not." Ecclesiastes 7:20
WHAT IS THE PRICE OF SIN?
"...the soul that sinneth, it shall die." Ezekiel 18:4
"For the wages of sin is death..." Romans 6:23
WHAT IF YOU ARE NOT SAVED WHEN YOU DIE?
"And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:" Hebrews 9:27
"And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire." Rev.20:15
WOULD GOD SAVE A SINNER LIKE YOU?
"But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners,
Christ died for us." Romans 5:8
Jesus said: "...him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out." John 6:37
DO YOU WANT TO KNOW HOW TO BE SAVED?
FIRST, you must realize there is nothing you can do to make yourself worthy of heaven. "Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us..." Titus 3:5
"There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death." Proverbs 14:12
"For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God." Romans 10:3
"...God...now commandeth all men ever where to repent:" Acts 17:30
REPENT, of all efforts to establish your own righteousness in the eyes of God by reason of; good morals, honesty, decency, church membership, baptism, living a good life, etc...and submit yourself unto the righteousness of God. "...that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures."
I Corin. 15:3,4
THEN, simply trust the death, burial and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ as the blood atonement for your sins and recieve Him as your Saviour, your righteousness, and only hope of salvation on the day of judgment. "But as many as received him," (Jesus)" to them gave he power
to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:" John 1:12
"But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness." Romans 4:5
IS ALL THIS FREE?
"For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." Ephesians 2:8-9
JESUS CHRIST AWAITS YOUR CHOICE.
Salvation is so simple! Yet many refuse to be saved. Men refuse to trust Jesus Christ, and Him alone, for salvation from sin and its penalty. The Lord Himself said, "And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life." John 5:40 Unsaved men insist on salvation according to the terms [church] of their choice. DO YOU? Are you in the crowd which said " ...We will not have this man to reign over us."? Luke 19:14 When man imposes his junk [ religion or efforts ] on God's perfect righteousness, the finished work of Jesus Christ can only be polluted. Have you been to Jesus on His terms? "...it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe."I Corin.1:21
"He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him." John 3:36
Will you admit you are a sinner? Do you want to be forgiven and changed? Right now, will you humble yourself and pray to God, asking Jesus Christ to save you?
"Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them." Hebrews 7:25
THERE IS JUST ONE CATCH.
The Lord isn't interested in your lips and brain mouthing some prayer. He said "...give me thine heart..." Proverbs 23:26 "And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart." Jere. 29:13 The prodigal son said, "I will arise and go to my Father..." Luke 15:18 Have you? When? Where? "But if any man love God, the same is known of him." I Corin. 8:3
Do your friends think of you as "the goofball that loves the Lord"? Of course they don't.
You say, " well I believe in God", So does the devil, James 2:19. Why not arise and go to the Father now, and put some distance between what you and the devil believe. " Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new."
II Corin. 5:17
Please be honest with yourself, if this conversion has never occured in you, why not make today the day you were born again by the grace of God, and made a new creature in Christ? "...now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation." II Corin. 6:2 .
"For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." Romans 10:13
