North Wall
A view to North Wall from where we caught the Mackerel.
The ledge below North Wall. Good for lure fishing. When we saw it in the first few days of our trip it was washed out.
Paul had something big on here. It was putting up a big fight. It rolled over and snapped the  line and at the same time we saw a dolphin swimming past in a hurry but we think that was just a coincidence. It was most likely a shark by the looks of the shredded wire trace.
North Wall is definately THE place to fish but you have to get there early. It is where the die hard fishermen head off to in the wee hours of the morning. It is the only place that we fished where you could see the Mackerel jumping out of the water in front of you. It also has some good ledges where you can get the gaff over your fish.
Next to North Wall is Whistling Rock. This is a good place to fish from when the waters are calm.
Lance went back there with Adam after we had all left at the end of the holiday and reakons that he caught a big Snapper. Unfortunatly he forgot to take the gaff so was unable to to get it up the cliffs...HAHA! (Sorry!)
On the last day that we went to the Walls the whales came in to right below the cliffs. It was amazing. There are benefits to going to Quobba during migration. We saw whales playing around everyday. Watch out for the turtles too. They're funny fellas.
Good gaff ledge!!
Serious fisherwoman!
The meat grinder below North Wall. Lance isn't scared!!! (He told me to say that)
