People who live in Glass Houses, shouldn't throw stones.
It takes one to know one.
Do unto others as you would have them do unto you
Spock: If you cannot determine where the landing party is, Mr. Sulu, I suggest you start to determine where they are not.
Ok, suppose we stipulate to the fact that I am a Gamer. I come to Gor to have fun. As much fun as I can have within the available time. On the other hand, I have been in love with Gor for 25 years, and I recognize that my fun depends on cooperating with other people. It also depends on Gor being Gor. So I have to compromise, doing things that are less fun for me to cooperate with other people, and I have to restrain my fun activities to things that are Gorean.
Now here is where the stones come in. The easiest thing to do now, is to take a large stone and throw it at my Glass House, so you don't have to listen to me. "Gamer! Xena! XRoads Panther! Dualler! Axe-wielding Amazon! Comicbook Supergirl! Subbie Princess! Attention Monger! Trouble Maker! Mouse Ears!
Now I am standing in a mess of shattered glass with a large bag of stones - and nothing to lose. And all of Gor is made out of Glass Towers, Glass Wagons, and Glass Huts. I can clearly see everybody else's Gaming, because I am such a Gamer myself. Takes one to know one. I see lots of people who need to learn NOT to throw stones and learn NOT to do unto others. Judge not lest ye be judged.
So, as Mr. Spock suggests, since I cannot determine with clarity What-Gor-Is, I will attempt to determine What-Is-NOT-Gor.In this column, I want to show no favorites and be all inclusive, making sure I catch everybody in the community with several NOTGor nets.
If you ever played Mother May I or RedLight/Green Light, you should have no problem with this game.
Slaves are branded and whipped. If you are a non-branded slave, or own one, please take a step forward. There are Kef and Dina brands, Torvie brands, a Treve brand and each Wagon Camp has its own brand. If you have a personal brand like initials, step forward. If you do not believe in whipping slaves, if you have never whipped a slave, or if you are a slave who has not been whipped, take a step forward. If you use a whip, but that whip does not have 5 thick straps that leave no marks, take two steps.
If you greet strangers by name because you know it from their tags, step forward. If you change your name, then tell your friends but not your enemies, take two steps. If you are friends with people in other Homes because you used to be friends with them in other lives, take three steps. If you are part of some clan/club/clique/family that has members all over Gor, take one step forward for every member who does not live in your home.
If you have a Caste on your tags, but you don't actually practice the Caste, step forward. If you have two Castes on your tags, take two steps. If you have two Castes on tags, and practice neither of them, 2x2=4 steps. If you don't have a Caste, or don't wear your Caste Colors, take three steps. If you are in a Wagon Home and you don't have/practice your Clan, step forward. Two steps if you don't know what a Wagon Clan is. If you are a Panther or a slave that doesn't remember your Caste/Clan, step forward. If you change Castes, take two steps.
If you use the wrong weapons for your culture, step forward. If you are not in your native culture, take two steps. If you are something like a Torvie-born Tuchuk Ubar, take three steps forward. If you are a Wagon Ubar, and everyone knows you are the Ubar, step forward. If you are a City Ubar in peacetime, take two steps. If you live in a home like this, and you don't rise up against the Tyrant, take three steps.
If your avi is inappropriate, step forward. If it is Pamela Anderson, Kevin Sorbo or Schwarnegger, take two steps. If it has armor, take three. If you use the same avi in Vamp or BDSM, just leave Gor, please.

If the collars are booby-trapped, take three steps. If you are/own a slave who is pierced anywhere but ears or nose, one step per piercing, double the total if any are genital piercings.

If you can reload the crossbow quickly, take three steps. If you put arrows in a crossbow or use bolts on a bow, or if you notch arrows, take one step for each violation.
If you have participated in a "fun raid," knowing you could not be killed, how Gorean is that? Take a few steps. If you have flirted/furred in PM while interacting normally in the room, C'mon Down! If you have ever used fake RT as an excuse to get out of something you didn't want to do online, you're stepping forward too.
Now that y'all have walked all the way over here with me over in the Gamer's Contingent, what do you say we remember that we have more in common with our worst enemies on Gor than we have with our best friends in RT, and have a group hug?
