food, food and more food
Double melon cream pan from the 100 yen shop. So good! Light honey dew cream and melon cream, the light green and orange mix...so yummy. ^.^
Did I post katsu curry before? Even if I did, doesn't it look delicious? Ate at my favorite vending restaurant near Nakano Broadway with animemiz.
After that dinner with animemiz was dessert at Cafe Veloce near my apartment. I had a Aduzuki (sp?) cake with hot chocolate and animemiz ordered the strawberry mousse cake with cold tea.
Ebi filet set at Lotteria in Ikebekuro...
...followed by dessert at Milky Way. This was our second venture there. The above was animemiz's choice of the evening while mine was Fighter's choice from last time.
*drools in memory*
At the kaiten sushi restaurant, the decorative plates show the prices the sushi is worth.
Just take the plates from the conveyor belt and eat.
food all gone!
The above pic shows my many plates after my dinner at yakiniku tabehodai last saturday...
...and then is the plates from kaiten sushi. My trophies. ^^;
snacks at school? never!
Japanese schools don't allow sweets/snacks in school. However, the counseling room boast this beautiful feast.
There are two students that do not attend regular classes. They're not mentally unstable, they just have problems dealing with people. For that reason, they attend classes in the counseling room and not with everyone else. My role as an English teacher, I visit them in the counseling room. They set up the above 'treats' for me. They're actually made out of felt. o.O Sugoi ne! They show me the books they were making them from and we took pics of the treats and had a group pic too (since the counseling teacher insisted. ^^;) I'm going to print out the pics via the school comp and give them to the students. Afterwards, I gave them their English class files and gave them an overview about what we were doing in class. ^-^ They're very talented and I enjoyed my time with them.

I asked them what they're fav 'treat' was and one of them chose this one. A chocolate roll, usually a Christmas dessert. It's one of my fav too. ^.^ There were dorayaki, strawberry shortcake, sakura roll cake, green tea cake, lemon pie and more. *drools* I wish I could eat them....
