All about us



  This is my wonderful fiance and I. We met here on the internet back in 2002. He came to Arizona to visit me and my daughter and knew it was there instantly. After one more visit we decided to make the long haul in moving him from South Carolina back home with me. Well, it's rather difficult to take a country boy and put him in the city *giggles*, so we decided to pack up and move back to his home in South Carolina. So here we sit, nearly 4 yrs later on our beautiful 2 acres surrounded by gorgeous trees and the forest (literally in our backyard). We are planning a huge SCAdian wedding to include family and friends. Since we both love the medieval ways, this seemed the only fitting scenario/theme. Later on I will include more on the wedding plans, as well as pics of the kids and other gems in our life.

  This is my oldest son Bobby who will be 21 in Sept. He does awesome airbrush work (on cars, shirts, etc) and is just incredible at welding, especially autobody work. Truly amazing gift he has. He loves to play airsoft paintball, boating & fishing. He's made me a granny twice now with the 3rd on the way in March!!

  This is my 2nd oldest Jim (I call him Jamie) and he will be 20 in April. He is an awesome artist (whether he thinks so or not), even designed his first tat and had it put on by a friend of ours in 2006, and has the gift of writing poetry. He took journalism in school so he is a terrific writer in general.

  This is my 5th and 'baby' of the family. She just turned 13 in February. Seems like just yesterday she barely started school! She like her brothers have the talent of writing. Though her poetry and messages seem a bit on the 'dark side', I believe that just goes along with the teen angst that unfortunately is plaguing our children today. But nevertheless, she is very talented and of a very deep soul. She is learning how to draw as well. In the SCA she has a high interest in belly dancing and drumming, possibly choosing this as her persona. She is an awesome baker too already! She gets on a whim every once in awhile to bake cakes and things and they are out of this world! She's also learning to experiment with food in general and create her own recipes. Watch out Betty Crocker! *S*
