Grease in our time

GARETH GATES and the CHEEKY GIRLS are among a host of stars getting together to re-record the songs from classic movie Grease.
GIRLS ALOUD, WESTLIFE, DARIUS, SARAH WHATMORE, LISA SCOTT-LEE and TONY HADLEY will join Gareth on the album called Greasemania.
It will be released next month to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the film, which starred JOHN TRAVOLTA and OLIVIA NEWTON-JOHN as sweethearts Danny and Sandy.
There are also plans for an ITV special. I foresee a squabble over who will be Danny and Sandy.
