Spike- (female voice) How can I thank you, you mysterious black clad hunk of the night thing. (male voice) No need little lady, your tears of gratitude are enough for me . you see, I was once a bad ass vampire, but love and a pesky curse de-fanged me and now I'm just a big fluffy puppy with bad teeth . . . No not the hair, never the hair. (female voice) But there must be some way I can show my appreciation. (male voice) No, helping people in need's my game and working up a load of sexual tension and prancing away like a magnificent pouf is truly thanks enough. (female voice) I understand, I have a nephew who's gay, so . (male voice) Say no more, evil is still afoot and I'm almost out of that nancy boy hair gel I like so much. Quickly to the Angel Mobile. Away!
Cordelia- Where's the crabby scowl, the morbid gloom? This just means it cut deeper than usual. Batten down the hatches, here comes Hurricane Buffy.
Doyle- Ya think? Maybe he's over her.
Cordelia- You have so much to learn, little Irish man.
DOYLE- Angel Investigations is the best. Our rats are low.
CORDELIA-Rates.

Bottom line is, even if you see 'em coming, you're not ready for the big moments. No one asks for their life to change, not really. But it does. So what are we, helpless? Puppets? No. The big moments are gonna come. You can't help that. It's what you do afterwards that counts. That's when you find out who you are.

Doctor: Buffy, you used to create these grand villains to battle against, and now what is it? Just ordinary students you went to high school with. No gods or monsters ... just three pathetic little men ... who like playing with toys.

Andrew- Lets start from the top. You've already met Buffy, she's beautiful with a lions heart and the face of an Angel. She's never afraid cos she knows her sides gonna always win.
Buffy- You're a dope and a bone head and you're shirty!
Xander: She's laid down her life-literally-to protect the people around her. This girl has died two times, and she's still standing. You're scared, theat's smart. You got questions, you should. But you doubt her motive, you think Buffy is about the kill...then you take the little bus to battle. I've seen her heart-this time not literally-and I'll tell you right now she cares more about your lives than you will ever know. You gotta trust her. She's earned it.
