Tito: Tito, famous for his "ancient Hawaiian sayings." He works at the Shore Shack with his friend, Ray Rocket. Tito also loves extreme sports (especially surfing!) and is very good at them! He is always willing to lend a hand to help Otto and his gang. Ray Rocket: Father of Reggie and Otto, "Raymundo" loves extreme sports as much as his kids, and is a great surfer! He owns the Shore Shack and works ther with his friend Tito. He is also the owner of Rocket Boards and is very skilled at repairing them! Mackenzie: Mackenzie is a whiny brat that occasionally appears in the show. She is always complaining about something and bosses around her parents! Oliver - Sam's Nerdy friend in high school although in the episode Mr. B in the house he's in the same class as otto and Twister Toga Man - guy in a toga that skates around and sings to people. Doug Dullard: Doug Dullad is Sam's father. He concentrates more on his work than him or his friends. He is always talking on the phone. Paula Dullard: Sam's mom is a single, divorced parent who's a little too cautious for her own good. She will call the police even if Sam's on a little bit late! Cleo: Cleo is Twister's cousin. She likes to ice-skate and is constantly fighting with Reggie.Maybe better then Otto. He gets jealus and possibley He like her. Watch The Return of Cleo Lars: Twister's mean older brother! He is very good at hockey and jas his own team! He often calls the Rocket Power gang "Munchkins". Animal - Goalie for street Hockey Like Squid Conroy Blanc: Conroy Blanc is the owner of "Madtown", a local skating rink. He is also a teacher known as Mr. B. The kids think he is very cool! Violet Stimpleton: Merv's wife, Violet is a very caring and knowledgeable person! She is a perfect substitute for Otto & Reggie's mother. She loves baking and meeting the new neighbors! Merv Stimpleton: The Rocket's cantankorous next-door neighbor, who consider Otto & Reggie thorns in his side. Merv hates skateboarding and once tried to get it band from the peir! He is also married to Violet! Eddie: Frequently seen wearing a cape and a creepy mask, especially when he's on skates. Hangs out occasionally with the Rocket Power gang. Officer Shirley: Officer Shirley is a well-known, Black police officer. She enforces the law very strictly, especlially about the curfew. Tresh - Tresh is one of Reggie's close friends. She is a great surfer and also plays volleyball. Sherry: Sherry is another friend of Reggie's! She also plays volleyabll and is very good at sports! Assistant Lt. Ryan Tice: Lt. Tice is the lifeguard at Rocket Beach. He taught Twister and Sam to be lifeguards and once told Otto, Reggie, Twister and Sam to clear trash off the beach. He has also made a few other appearances. Rawole Rodriquez: Rawole is Twister's dad! He thinks Merv Stimpleton is from another planet. He is also not very athletic, unlike Ray and Tito. Sandy Rodriquez: Sandy is Twister's mom. She is always telling Rawole, Lars and Twister not to make bad comments about the neighbors. Sputz: Sputz is a member of Lar's gang, along with Pi. He is also on Lar's hockey team. You can never quite understand what he's saying. Pi: Pi is the other member of Lar's gang. You can understand him a little better than Sputz. He is always hanging around with Lar's and is also on his hockey team. Keyony: Keyony is Tito's nephew. He loves to surf and is very athletic. Tito and Keyony once won a trophy for winning a surfing contest. He is like all the gang combined into one! Harrison (Health Inspector): Harrison is the health inspector for Rocket Beach! He once gave Raymundo a D, for having his surf board on top of his trash cans. "The Rhino", Walter: Walter, better known as "The Rhino" is an excellant surfer! He sets a bad example for children though. Otto and Rhino once surfed together in a terrible storm. Little Scotty: Little Scotty is Twister's cousin! He really likes his older cousin, Twister and would to anything to please him! He even won Twister a spider ring!
