Why am standing here at this crossroads?
i know a man who needed to go and live
his life, seek out and complete his destiny;
understand his past to heal his present and
decide his own future.
Before he left i placed in his pocket
a shard of my heart; a shard i instructed
to do what ever lay within its power to
guard his steps and soften the earth should
he fall.
How can i be sure of his return?
i can not be.
But i intend to ensure that should he ever return
that someone will be waiting to welcome him home.
