"A Sinner's Plea"




Lord, shine your light on me,
 unveil all of my darkness
 unveil it for all of the world to see,
Reveal my secrets O Lord,
Reveal them to mine enemies!
 Protect me my Lord,
 From my horrible ways,
Forgive me great Lord
Forgive my greedy heart,
 money has no place in heart
 time is not mine to spend
Clean me my Lord,
Wash all of my sins away,
 cover my eyes
 keep them from lust
watch over me, 
 my shepherd
 my Lord
Help me not be ashamed for my sin
 in my brother's sight
but instead in your holiness
 ashamed to even consider
 letting it in
Help me put away pride,
 and hearken to your name!
help me,
 I plea!
 I plea!
Hear my cry, Lord
help me worship thee.
Amen
