KKK PROJECT

DENR Secretary Heherson T. Alvarez and District Governor Buddy Lachica launched the ceremonial tree planting program at Sampaloc Lake, San Pablo City on 24 January 2002. The occasion was participated in by LGU officials headed by Laguna Governor Ningning Lazaro (partly hidden), 7 municipal mayors, DENR Regional and Provincial officials with the presidents and members of 12 Kiwanis Clubs of Division IV-B.
District Governor Buddy Lachica posed for posterity with the participating clubs of Division IV-B headed by Lt.Gov. Rod Beldad, KC Chyrsanthemum Pres Abet Macalintal, KC Canlubang Pres Dennis Labro, KC Siete Lagos Pres Rona Sacdalan, PDG Ivan Velez, and Project Initiator PP & Hixson Fellow John Raņa of KC Chrysanthemum, among others.
