One of the things I feel really strongly about is animals.  I hate to see an animal injured or hurt or neglected.  All my cats are rescue cats.  They have brought me so much joy and happiness.  All they wanted was somewhere warm and dry to sleep, a little bit of food and a place to call their own.  In return they offered all the love in the world.  Whoever it was who abandoned the cats who adopted me has really missed out on a lot of laughter and love.  But there are many, many animals out there who aren't so lucky.  They must survive on their wits alone, avoiding people because they know people hurt them, living off any scraps they can find while scavenging in the dark.  Many animals are dumped into trash cans, on the side of the road or in bags in a river.  What are these people thinking??  It is beyond me why any human being would treat an animal like that!  They may have found that the cute little puppy they got for their daughter's birthday has grown into a huge dog and isn't so cute anymore, but with so many animal shelters around there is no excuse for dumping an animal.  Sadly, most of these animals die.  They die through no fault of their own.  They die for the stupidity and heartlessness of some people.  These animals have had no life to speak of.  What love they knew from people has long gone from their memories.  They only know fear, loneliness, pain and hunger.  Out of love for these forgotten and abandoned animals I have made these angel pets.  If you believe that animals should be treated with respect and love, then feel free to take one and put it on your homepage.  Give a little angel pet another chance at being loved.  I request that you also download the certificate that goes with each angel pet and link it back to here.
