Welcome to Kate's Weight Watcher page. Just a little site to share my pics with others on the same journey to a healthy and fit lifestyle.

Love to Walk (9.5 miles every day). I also Kickbox 3 times per week and have a 1st degree blackbelt in Karate. I have 2 dogs and a pretty little home on top of a mountain in Upstate NY. Love movies, reading, riding on a Harley, football & hockey, and being outdoors.

I'm an only child (go ahead, say it... "Spoiled Brat") blessed with a great family and lots of friends. My parents live in Florida. My in-laws (ex-husband, but still my in-laws) live in Pennsylvania. I have a 13-year old Nephew (Sister-in-Law's son) and a 17-year old Niece and a 15-year old Nephew (Brother-in-Law's children). They still love doing stuff with their "cool" Aunt! My kids are my 2 dogs. My girl is 13 this year and my boy is 6-1/2.
